Private mentoring sessions
Heartfelt Mindfulness taught gently from the Scottish Borders.
Recent studies show us that mindful mentoring can have an extremely positive effect on our mental health and wellbeing, as well as on our long-term personal development. So, is it for you?

Mindfulness One-to-One
As a Mindfulness Mentor, I can help you gain more self-confidence.
My mentoring sessions offer you a safe space, in person or online, where you can freely share your experiences without fear of judgment. By supporting you to connect deeply with yourself, you learn to embrace your vulnerabilities and to grow as a person, living a more fulfilling joyous life.
I can help you reduce your stress and anxiety levels.
Many of the problems we encounter in life, we have in common with so many of our fellow human beings on the planet. It’s natural to worry, to feel stressed, anxious and even depressed at times. But when it all starts to get too much – what then? How can we stop ourselves spiralling out of control? Mindfulness based mentoring enables you to recognise that what we tend to experience as obstacles to our happiness, can be overcome. In time you will discover for yourself that nothing has to cause you unnecessary anguish and that such ‘obstacles’ are often welcome gateways to making positive changes in your life.
I can help you to learn new skills.
Mindfulness based Mentoring sessions often prove inspirational as you learn new ways of seeing, new ways of being, and new skills that can be of great benefit both personally and professionally for the rest of your life.
I can help you to feel less isolated.
Mindful Mentoring sessions on a regular basis can be so helpful to those who may feel isolated in some way –especially if affected by mental health, addictive behaviours, depressive tendencies, stuck on waiting lists, or if you don’t have any supportive network around in your personal life.
In one-to-one Mindfulness Mentoring, elements of meditation practice, and inquiry are tailored to your unique needs, mindfully, moment-by-moment, enabling a flexible, responsive, and intimately relational approach to learning.

Is Mindfulness right for me?
Practising mindfulness helps us become increasingly self aware. When we begin to understand how impermanent everything is, what lies behind the choices we make, and how to respond more wisely, we discover a much freer way of being. ALSO – change the last two words at the end to, and in turn, for others too.
Mindfulness helps us become less reactive, less demanding and less critical of ourselves. We learn to perceive our life differently – not so much as a relentless struggle, but rather as a series of steps which we can learn to notice and then actively influence for the better.
